The Clean 6 Pillars

Pillar 1: CLEANSE THE BODY

We are preparing your elimination pathways to detox and cleanse effectively. This allows the body to prepare for fat loss, toxin and chemical detox, and hormone regulation. Pillar 1 cleanses the body and prepares us for Pillars 2-6.

 

This cleanse is designed to nourish and tonify specific detoxification organs and the bodies autophagy process using specific foods.

Pillar 2:  IDENTIFY FOOD SENSITIVITIES 
​

We will test over 190 foods using a total IgG antibody test. This pillar determines which foods affect your immune system and create inflammation in your body. Food allergies and sensitivities may trigger immune reactions that have adverse side-effects and are often not recognized as problems. 

 

Individualized elimination diets will be created based on the clients test results.

*Most common symptoms associated with food sensitivities include: asthma, respiratory and sinus issues, ringing in the ears, chronic fatigue, headaches, gas, bloating, diarrhea, skin rash, acne, eczema, rosacea and nasal congestion.

Pillar 3: MAXIMIZE GUT HEALTH

​

 

We will be using a comprehensive stool test to assess digestive function, absorption of nutrients, overview of bacteria colonies, the presence of opportunistic pathogens, and inflammatory health markers. GI infections and inflammation can lead to a wide range of symptoms and decrease the body’s ability to absorb nutrients.

Individualized cleanses and nutritional therapy protocols will be created based on the clients test results.

*Symptoms associated with GI disorders include persistent diarrhea, constipation, bloating, indigestion, irritable bowel syndrome, skin issues, fatigue, weight gain, significant weight loss, and nausea.

PILLAR 4: MAXIMIZE ADRENAL HEALTH​

We will be measuring your stress hormones and insulin to help clarify the causes of fatigue, cravings, and weight gain. Adrenal glands are responsible for hormones that power us through the day. These hormones impact almost every process in the body, from energy production and immune activity to cellular maintenance and repair. They are key regulators of glucose, insulin and inflammation, and play a major role in bone and muscle building, mood and mental focus, stamina, sex drive and sleep cycles.

*Symptoms associated with adrenal dysfunction include chronic fatigue, weight gain, aging skin, compromised immune system, muscle and joint pain, depression, and disrupted sleeping patterns.

PILLAR 5: IDENTIFY BODY TYPE+ STABILIZE BLOOD SUGAR

We will determine your individual body type.  This allows us to establish when, what, and how you should eat to keep your blood sugar, energy levels, and mood stabilized throughout the day.

We will establish portion control, and how to build your plate for your specific body type. 

PILLAR 6: IDENTIFY MICRONUTRIENTS 
 
We will determine your micronutrient levels. Micronutrient levels affect cellular function in a our bodies. Repairing micronutrient deficiencies can slow aging and degenerative disease progression as well as prevent and repair cellular dysfunction.
